Justin "J.P." Pate - CEO - Austin, Houston, & San Antonio

Justin “JP” Pate is our CEO . Prior to ATX Lighting he worked as CEO of Sand Box a frac logistics company. 2015-2019. Mr. Pate worked for Schlumberger as a Director of Business Development from 2010 to 2015. While at Schlumberger Mr. Pate implemented the completions segment in Midland, TX. Sales grew from 100k to 25 million a year. Also, Mr. Pate worked for Tetra Technologies as a Regional Sales Manager for the GOM operations from 2008 to 2010.

In addition, during 2005 to 2008 Mr. Pate worked at National Oilwell Varco as an International Sales Engineer specializing on instrumentation for offshore drilling platforms in the GOM and West Africa. Mr. Pate started his career at Technip from 2001 to 2005 as Regional Sales Manager specializing in the North Sea and GOM. Mr. Pate received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from University of Houston. He has served as a Chair for several SPE, ERG, and IDA boards.

Lawrence C. Glass - Vice President - Master Electrician Houston, Austin, & San Antonio

Lawrence is our Master Electrician. He brings together his deep understanding of electrical services i.e. troubleshooting, installations, NEC code. He has been an electrician for 20 years. he started as a construction electrician and worked his way to a service technician. As a service tech Lawrence specialized in troubleshooting, running small construction projects, and infrared surveys.

He received his Master Electrician license in 2014 and ever since then he has been a project manager and estimating projects up to $2,000,000. He is an Army Veteran and ex police officer. Lawrence is a native of Louisiana. He will make sure that your home or commercial space is a up to code and a safe usable space.

Eric V. Trejo - Apprentice - Austin

Eric is Josh’s right hand man and is key to ATX Lighting’s success. He works alongside Josh by performing duties that are key to completing the projects in a timely manner. He his excellent on generators to main breaker panels installs. Eric was educated thru Austin Electrical Training Alliance. His training is in NEC & AEC code, blueprints, pipe bending and grounding.

Daniel Elias - Journeyman - San Antonio

Daniel has over 10 years of experience and handles all of the San Antiono area. Very knowledgeable. Daniel is also in school at UT SA to receive his MBA in business.

Joe Stewart - Journeyman - Houston

Joe has over 20 years expectance in commercial & residential. He has worked on large scale construction and commercial space projects primarily. Also, he looks after ATX’s residential installations and troubleshoots all issues in which he finds a quick solution. There is not a job Joe cannot handle on his own. He takes care of Houston and surrounding areas.

Robert Sims - Scheduling & Operations Manager- Austin

Robert is key to ATX Lighting’s success. He works alongside the J.P. and the team by performing duties such as scheduling and material procurement that are key to completing the projects in a timely manner.

He went to University of Texas and graduated with Industrial Logistics/Project Management. He worked for Perry homes for 5 years and joined the ATX Lighting team in 2022.

Jorge Vasquez - Journeyman - Austin, & Houston

Jorge s several 20 years of commercial and residential experience. He helps the other technicians with all workloads that need his expertise. He primarily function is our commercial foreman for our large customers like Tesla, Dell, Applied Materials and Samsung.

Rene Lopez - Drywall - Austin

Rene has been drywalling custom homes since 1997. He came to us from a builder who we do all of the rough ins in Austin, Tx.

He comes in after our electricians, for example, do custom installs for lights that have to be reinforced in the ceiling due to weight of 100lbs or more and values in the thousands, i.e., RH, Circa Lighting, Arhaus, etc. Or if we put in outlets, switch’s, lights, breaker panels, that require us to cut them into existing walls ceilings.

Josh J. Saunders - Residential Wireman Electrician Austin

Josh is in charge of installation and maintenance of residential electrical services. He is from New Braunfels, Texas where his grandfather started a very successful electrical service company in which Josh learned his trade. He has 20 years of experience and can do any residential project you need done. He makes sure that our designs are executed flawlessly and are protecting your investment.
